2/28 Every year my family spends a week on the outer banks of North Carolina, an area that is really rich in natural beauty and history. Not far from where we stay, the Warners collected this song from Mrs Tillett about half a century ago. Sara Grey loves to tell the story of finding the same song used today at the close of the ?riding the borders? annual ritual in the little town of Selkirk, Scotland. Please join me singing Her Bright Smile Haunts Me Still.
