Judy Cook, Folksinger

Well Met - Songs of the Sea

Judy Cook tells the intriguing stories from the great days of sail when tall ships ruled the seas. These are tales of the excitement, danger, and superstitions of the sea; and of sailors’ loves and follies; told through songs and projected images. Judy weaves gripping stories and great choruses; tragic tales and flights of fancy into a cohesive and thoroughly entertaining whole. Throughout the program you will see projected photos of the day, works of art, and lyrics of the choruses. The audience is invited to join in the singing.
