Program selections include:
Hunters of Kentucky: A brag song about the part riflemen from Lincoln's birth state played at the Battle of New Orleans at the end of the War of 1812. Andrew Jackson used this song for both his presidential campaigns.

Barbara Ellen: A version, collected in Kentucky, of Lincoln's mother's favorite song. The haunting modal melody and Kentucky colloquialisms give unusual flavor to this classic.

Richmond is a Hard Road to Travel: Patter song from 1863 about six failed attempts to take the Confederate capital during the Civil War.
